Registration is now open.  When you register early, you get your name on this website as a 2013 participant with a link to your college website.  You are also guaranteed to have your name appear in the program and promotional flyer.

There is a $35 registration fee for colleges / universities to exhibit. When you register here online, please mail the fee check to Deborah Troy, Regional College Planning Program, P.O. Box 731, Kenner, LA 70063.  Make check payable to:  Regional College Planning Program.  Late registrants pay $40 at the door.

Sign-in for college reps begins at 4:30 pm. College Representatives are asked to allow sufficient time to sign-in, locate their booth, and set it up. You are expected to be in the booth from 6 p.m. when the doors open until the closing at 9. Student volunteers will help you carry in literature and other exhibit materials.

A complimentary buffet is offered to all college representatives beginning at 5 p.m. We hope you can join us. The buffet is provided by Elks USA, New Orleans Lodge #30.
